Before the call

Nothing to set up. The API keys live on the server and are spent on your behalf. The transcript and the debrief are saved to your call history.

Links the contact, company, audit, offer and payment plan. The coach reads them; nothing is shown on screen during the call.

Saved with the transcript and deleted when you delete the call. Several states need both parties to agree, so say you are recording before you start.

Use Chrome. On start, pick the tab with the call and switch on Share tab audio. Wear headphones, or your mic picks the prospect up off the speakers and both tracks transcribe the same voice.

      Calls

Every call, live or training, with its full transcript. This is the corpus the coach gets tuned against, so nothing is summarised away.

      Script Builder

The script is the methodology. Its stages, rules and alarms are what the coach follows and what the debrief scores against — change it here and every prompt changes with it. A call keeps a snapshot of the script it ran, so editing this never rewrites history.

      Name

      Detailed instructions

      Stages

In order. The rail on the left shows these during a call, and the debrief scores one per stage.

      Hard rules

One per line. These are given to the coach as rules that must not be broken.

      Alarms

Deterministic and instant — a pattern fires without waiting on a model. An alarm fires when its pattern matches and stays lit unless the second pattern has been heard. Test each one: a broken pattern simply never fires, which you would not notice mid-call.

      Red lines

One per line. Conditions that should lead to honest disqualification rather than a forced proposal.
